Day 4 (17/9/14) : Atkins Diet Challenge

Salam..

Breakfast
- Sardin (1/2 ekor) dlm gulungan telur (1 biji)




utk sardin arini, atie ambil dr tin yg lain, saiznye besar sikit, so atie guna separuh je utk breakfast, separuh lg blh reserve utk dinner.




Lunch
- Cauliflower goreng kampung (cauliflower ganti nasi)
- 2 ketul ayam goreng (menu nasi ayam utk kursus)



Dinner
- 1/2 ekor sardin goreng
- ikan bakar (2 cubit)
- timun
- sayur lemak (without kuah)
